Producer/Brewery ( Nishiyoshida Sake Brewery (Tsukushi) in Fukuoka Prefecture )

This brewery, located in Chikugo City, Fukuoka Prefecture, was founded in 1893. Since its founding, the brewery has been dedicated to producing authentic shochu, and in pursuit of the inherent fragrant, complex flavor and ease of drinking of barley, it strictly evaluates the combination of barley aroma and flavor according to its own standards, and carefully selects barley that is best suited to barley shochu based on factors such as grain uniformity, starch content, and hardness.
