「昇龍蓬莱（しょうりゅうほうらい）」は、伝統的な酒造りである生酛仕込みで醸されるシリーズ。この商品は、徳島県産「山田錦」100％使用。これを75%精米し、生酛造りで醸した純米の、上槽後、直に瓶詰めした無濾過生原酒です。米の旨味をしっかりと感じられるフルボディ感とともに、透明感があり、瑞々しくフレッシュな味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Kanagawa Prefecture / Oya Takashi Sake Brewery (Shoryu Horai, Zankusa Horai) )

Founded in 1830, this brewery is located in Aikawa Town, Kanagawa Prefecture. Since 2008, it has been a pure rice brewery. Using underground water from the Tanzawa Mountains, its policy is to produce sake that is casual enough to drink every day and that can be enjoyed with meals to make them even more enjoyable. Its main brands are the quick-brewed "Zankusa Horai" and the kimoto-brewed "Shoryu Horai."
