This is a summer-only version of the low-alcohol Junmai Ginjo Queen, a 12% alcoholic sake. This juicy and fresh unpasteurized sake features the refreshing aroma of No. 7 yeast, a scent reminiscent of apples, and a well-balanced acidity and umami flavor. It is made with about 2% lees and undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle.
It's low in alcohol and has a refreshing, fizzy taste that's perfect for summer.

When opening, do not shake the bottle. Instead, tighten and loosen the cap repeatedly to reduce the gas pressure before opening.

Founded in 1830, this brewery is located in Aikawa Town, Kanagawa Prefecture. Since 2008, it has been a pure rice brewery. Using underground water from the Tanzawa Mountains, its policy is to produce sake that is casual enough to drink every day and that can be enjoyed with meals to make them even more enjoyable. Its main brands are the quick-brewed "Zankusa Horai" and the kimoto-brewed "Shoryu Horai."
