「山川光男」とは、「山形正宗」の山、「楯野川」の川、「東光・冽」の光、そして「羽陽男山」の山、の４蔵共同プロジェクトに由来し、「なつ」バージョンは、楯の川酒造が担当。2026年で11周年。

（蔵元談）今年の山川光男のテーマは「原料米を大切に醸造する」。当たり前のことのようで、いざ真正面から向き合うと、とても難しいテーマでした。大切に、とはどういうことか。考えるうちに、原料米だけではなく、その先にいるお客様のことまで想いが広がっていきました。大切な人のことを想って、醸す。その人の心にズキュン! と届いて、「ほろ甘い」雰囲気になれるような一杯を目指しました。BAR光男流のスイートなアプローチで、夏夜をお楽しみください。

Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture/Tatenokawa Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in 1832 and is located in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. All of the sake they brew is Junmai Daiginjo. Their management vision is to "become a comprehensive alcoholic beverage company that pursues quality sake brewing, seizes trends, creates high-value-added products, and spreads MADE IN JAPAN to the world," and they are not limited to sake, but are also focusing on liqueurs and fruit wines.
