"Yamakawa Mitsuo" is a joint project between four breweries: the mountain of "Yamagata Masamune," the river of "Tatenogawa," the light of "Tokou & Retsu," and the mountain of "Uyo Oyama." The "summer" version is produced by Tatenokawa Brewery. 2025 will be the 10th anniversary.
This product is a Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% Miyamanishiki rice grown in Yamagata Prefecture, polished to 50%. It has a fragrant ginjo aroma, a rich, full-bodied flavor, and a strong umami taste, making it a perfect taste to celebrate our 10th anniversary.
The label design, expressing gratitude for the 10th anniversary, depicts a playful moment between Mitsuo and Kappa-kun enjoying a drink together.
