Tatenogawa Junmai Daiginjo Honryu Dry (brewed in 2024)

Tatenogawa Junmai Daiginjo Honryu Dry (brewed in 2024)

山形県/楯の川酒造

"Honkyu Karakuchi" is a genuine sake that distinguishes itself from light and dry sake, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the rice. This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed using Yamagata Prefecture's "Dewa Sansan" rice, which is polished to 50%.
It has a calming ginjo aroma, a spiciness and umami flavor, and a refreshing, clean finish that creates a pleasantly balanced taste.
This is the sake in the Tatenogawa lineup that pairs best with food, and goes well with Japanese cuisine such as sashimi and sushi. We recommend drinking it chilled or warm (around 40 degrees).
