この「純米大吟醸 清流」は、全量純米大吟醸を掲げる楯の川酒造を代表するお酒。 地元契約先農家で全量特別栽培（減農薬・減化学肥料）された酒米「出羽燦々」を50％まで精米し、基本に忠実に、出羽富士「鳥海山」の麓を流れる ”清流” のような透明感をイメージし醸されています。
アルコール度数14度台と若干低く、はじめて日本酒を飲む方にもぜひおすすめしたい商品です。

Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture/Tatenokawa Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in 1832 and is located in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. All of the sake they brew is Junmai Daiginjo. Their management vision is to "become a comprehensive alcoholic beverage company that pursues quality sake brewing, seizes trends, creates high-value-added products, and spreads MADE IN JAPAN to the world," and they are not limited to sake, but are also focusing on liqueurs and fruit wines.
