This is the first ginjo sake brewed by Senzu Sake Brewery, brewed with deep seawater from a depth of 320 meters off the coast of Cape Muroto in Kochi Prefecture.
Deep sea water is not contaminated by chemicals or bacteria and contains a lot of natural minerals, which is said to increase yeast activity and have a positive effect on fermentation.
