This is a family-run sake brewery, with sake brewing mainly carried out by Takazawa Kayoko, the daughter of the brewery owner, and her husband, Takazawa Akihiko.

This unfiltered, unpasteurized sake is made from Miyamanishiki rice polished to 49% and brewed with Nagano D yeast for Junmai Daiginjo sake, using only the middle part of the pressed sake. It has a refined and refreshing aroma, the umami of the rice, a well-balanced acidity, and a smooth texture. It truly lives up to its name, offering a luxurious taste. Its very reasonable price, considering its specifications, is also a welcome surprise.
