This is a family-run sake brewery, with sake brewing mainly carried out by Takazawa Kayoko, the daughter of the brewery owner, and her husband, Takazawa Akihiko.

Toyoga's Orange Label is a Junmai Ginjo made with "Hitogokochi," a rice variety suitable for sake brewing grown in Nagano Prefecture. This product is a raw sake that is bottled unfiltered and undiluted, using only the middle-drawn portion, which has good and stable sake quality.
The gentle aroma of ripe grapes, the umami and sweetness of rice, the well-balanced acidity, and the pleasant aftertaste bring the flavor together beautifully.It can also be enjoyed with a wide range of dishes as an accompaniment to meals.

Founded in 1902 (Meiji 35), this small brewery is located in Obuse Town, Nagano Prefecture, and is brewed by a married couple. Their signature brands are "Yonekawa" and "Toyoka." "Yonekawa" is a brand that has been loved mainly locally for many years, while "Toyoka" was born when Kayoko, a family member of the brewery owner, became the master brewer, and is an up-and-coming brand that is popular mainly outside the prefecture.
