宮城県湧谷町で永く完全無農薬栽培に取り組み、宮城県のコメ生産者としてはGLOBALG.A.P.認証の第一号でもある、黒澤さん栽培の「亀の尾」を50%精米し醸した純米吟醸の、無濾過生酒です。3年程度蔵内タンクで熟成後、瓶詰めされ出荷されています。
旨味・甘み、酸のバランスがよく、米の持つポテンシャルをしっかりと感じるボディー感のある味わいです。この蔵のお酒は、全般、熟成させるとまた違った個性を輝かせます。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagawa Prefecture / Maruo Honten (Yorokobi Gaijin) )

Located in Kotohira-cho, Kagawa Prefecture, this brewery was founded in 1885. It is also famous for being the place where Takasugi Shinsaku and Katsura Kogoro are said to have hid during the end of the Edo period.
