This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from Yamadanishiki rice grown in Mie Prefecture, polished to 50%. During the pressing process, only the clearest part, the middle part, is bottled, removing the first rough part and the last part. It has a rich, gorgeous aroma full of fruitiness, and a delicate, clear, and elegant taste.
