This summer limited edition sake is made using the legendary "Shiragiku" rice variety, and in addition to the usual yellow koji, some white koji is also used. Fermented with Shizuoka yeast CA-50, the alcohol content is kept to 13%. This sake has a refreshing aroma and lingering finish, a light taste, and the succinic acid unique to white koji makes it clean and refreshing to drink.
