This sake is made from Bizen Omachi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture, polished to 55%, and fermented at low temperatures using the Shizuoka-style ginjo brewing method, resulting in a fragrant sake with a moderate richness and gentle acidity (characteristic of Shizuoka yeast).It is one of Eikun Shuzo's signature brands, and is also our "standard sake."

The taste is slightly sweet, but there is a pleasant acidity in the aftertaste. The refreshing and gorgeous ginjo aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits, as suggested by the color of the label. This is a refreshing pure rice ginjo sake.
