Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture is polished to 35%. Using Shizuoka yeast, the sake is carefully pressed without pressure using a hanging bag, and then stored at ice temperature in a tobu-enclosed container.
This is our brewery's finest product, with a gorgeous yet subdued fruity aroma and a highly balanced rice flavor and richness.
