華やかな果実のような香り、赤磐雄町ならではの厚みのある旨味とコク、バランスの良い酸味が引き締める味わいです。

Founded in 1870 (Meiji 3), this brewery is located in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Horai." Utilizing the bounty of Hida's natural environment, the brewery works hard to brew sake based on chemistry, physics, and philosophy, in an environment filled with smiles, with Yoshimoto Kogyo comedy acts played in the brewing tanks.
