この商品は、兵庫県産「山田錦」を45%精米し醸した、純米大吟醸クラスの純米、無濾過原酒の火入れバージョンです。

リンゴや洋梨のような華やかな香り、ジューシーで甘やかな舌触りを感じつつ余韻に感じる苦味がバランスよく食中酒にも向いた味わいです。

Founded in 1870 (Meiji 3), this brewery is located in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture. Its flagship brand is "Horai." Utilizing the bounty of Hida's natural environment, the brewery works hard to brew sake based on chemistry, physics, and philosophy, in an environment filled with smiles, with Yoshimoto Kogyo comedy acts played in the brewing tanks.
