Banshu Ikkon's classic "Super Spicy" is a summer-only product made with locally grown Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to a pure finish, showcasing the splendor of Yamadanishiki rice.
By adding water to the mash, the brewing process results in a raw sake with an alcohol content of 14%, which gives it a refreshing, crisp taste that can be enjoyed even in the hot summer.
