大吟醸向けに開発された山形県オリジナルの酒造好適米「雪女神」を48%精米し、生酛仕込みで醸した、次世代の辛口酒を目指して醸された純米大吟醸（瓶燗1回火入れ）です。
穏やかで上品な香り、軽快でクリアな余韻が楽しめる辛口タイプの味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Yamagata Prefecture / Fumotoi Sake Brewery )

Founded in 1894, this brewery is located in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture. Located at the foot of Mount Chokai, one of the highest mountains in the Tohoku region, the brewery was named "Fumotoi" (Foot Well) after the well water that springs up there and the "well" in the Sakai family name. The brewery specializes in kimoto sake brewing, making use of the water that springs from Mount Chokai.
