麹米に会津産「五百万石」、掛米に「五百万石」「夢の香」を使用し、四段仕込みにはもち米「ヒメノモチ」を使用し、55%精米で醸した純米吟醸の、にごり生酒です。
花泉らしい綺麗な甘さと充分な旨みとコク、クリーミー感ある味わい。見た目とは異なり、意外にキレがあり後味はすっきりしています。冷酒はもとより、お燗も楽しめ、お燗にするとふわりと口に広がる甘さが増します。また、割り水をしてからお燗をつける「割り水燗」や、すっきりと頂きたい時には「炭酸割り」などもお薦めです。

This brewery, located in the Nango district of Minamiaizu Town, Fukushima Prefecture, was founded in 1920. They position "local sake" as sake brewing that makes the most of the local climate and environment, and aim to make sake based on the passion of rice producers, the local people who protect the rich natural environment, and the passion of all the brewers who brew the sake.
