伝承のもち米四段仕込み、福島県が開発した酒造好適米「夢の香」と四段目の使うもち米「ヒメノモチ」を55%精米、酵母にも福島県オリジナル「うつくしま夢酵母」を使用し醸した純米吟醸（１回火入れ）です。
奥会津気質の蔵人がオール福島の原料で、自然とともに、伝承の業で醸した、夢とロマンを体現した逸品です。

This brewery, located in the Nango district of Minamiaizu Town, Fukushima Prefecture, was founded in 1920. They position "local sake" as sake brewing that makes the most of the local climate and environment, and aim to make sake based on the passion of rice producers, the local people who protect the rich natural environment, and the passion of all the brewers who brew the sake.
