The text on the label is a familiar passage from the opening of the Tale of the Heike, "At Gion Shoja..." This limited edition sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 35%, brewed, and aged for two years before being released twice a year (1800ml is released once a year).
