"Yume Sansui" rice, grown in-house without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, is polished to 25% and brewed using the traditional kimoto method. The resulting mash is then transferred to the tank. More than half of the resulting lees are used as part of the final stage of the three-stage brewing process, resulting in a luxuriously crafted Kijoshu.
You can enjoy the sweetness and unique body of Kijoshu, making this a luxurious drink to enjoy as an aperitif or digestif.
