This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from high-quality Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 40%, and then bottled and shipped after a period of aging. Its flavor brings out the mellow fruity aroma that only high-quality Yamadanishiki rice can offer, as well as the umami and sweetness of the rice. It pairs particularly well with lightly flavored snacks when lightly chilled in the refrigerator.
