「山田錦」を40%精米し醸した純米大吟醸、昨年暮れに仕込み、寒の時期に搾った生酒。搾った直後ならではのフレッシュさを楽しむ他に、冷蔵庫で貯蔵した後の落ち着いた味わいも楽しめます。
華やかな香り、淡麗甘口タイプのボディにフレッシュさを感じる味わい。軽く冷やした冷酒がおすすめです。
