This is a freshly pressed Junmai Daiginjo sake, available only at the end of the year. It is filled with Junmai Daiginjo undiluted sake straight after pressing, and comes with a wooden tag with the seal of the next year's zodiac animal stamped on it, which hangs around the neck. It also makes a great gift. It is best enjoyed chilled.
