Asukayama is a luxurious hon mirin made using traditional methods using only ingredients such as rice koji and authentic shochu, polished to 80% of the rice suitable for sake brewing, which is the same as the expensive rice used for daiginjo sake.It is an extremely long-selling product that has been on the market for over 100 years.
The natural sweetness and umami of the rice cake melted with the power of koji are concentrated in this wine. It can be used as a seasoning, or as a dessert wine after a meal, or poured over vanilla ice cream to elevate your dessert!
*At low temperatures, the glucose contained in the product in high concentrations may crystallize and accumulate at the bottom, but this does not affect the quality (it will melt at around 35°C).
