This Junmai Ginjo is made from 100% Shiga Prefecture-grown Ginbuki rice, polished to 55%, and is a sake with the theme of "your first encounter with sake."
The clear fragrance and light, elegant sweetness reminiscent of cotton candy express the "delicacy" of sake. The label design is modeled after Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture, where Kita Sake Brewery is located.
