This sake is made using "Tamae" rice from Shiga Prefecture, and is meant to be served warm, with the softness that only warm sake can offer. The subtle and elegant aroma of Junmai Ginjo, along with the unique umami and acidity of Tamae, are aged for two summers at low temperatures, which evolves the depth of the sake when served warm, resulting in a gentle, well-balanced flavor that spreads softly and creates a pleasant taste.

We recommend drinking it warm (around 43°C) so that it warms up to your body. The label with the "Kan Kuma-chan" design, which evokes the image of softness, is also super cute!
