Founded in 1820, this brewery is located in Higashiomi City, Shiga Prefecture. The deep flavor of the koji spreads smoothly and softly. When you sip it, it makes your heart feel gentle. This is the quality of sake they define as "taoyaka" sake, and is their brewing policy.
