This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using Hokkaido-grown Ginpu rice, polished to 50% and carefully brewed in the cold season. It's available only in spring. It has a gentle aroma of banana, green apple, and melon, a refreshing sweetness, and a moderate bitterness, resulting in a very fresh and light taste.
