志太泉の梅酒「梅丸」は、静岡県産「山田錦」を使用し70%精米した純米酒に、同じく静岡県JAおおいがわの梅（白加賀）を漬けこんだオール静岡産の梅酒。朝どりの梅の瑞々しい香りと甘さを抑えた爽やかな酸味、ほんのり桜色も楽しい梅酒です。

志太泉では、純米吟醸酒を詰めたワンカップスタイルの「にゃんかっぷ」シリーズを発売しています。この「にゃんかっぷラスタ」は、「梅丸」が入ったカラフルなラスタカラーの陽気なカップ梅酒で、入っている梅の実も食べられます。梅酒好きにも、ねこ好きにも人気。にゃんかっぷシリーズをコンプリートしてみてはいかがでしょうか！？

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture/Shitaizumi Brewery )

This brewery was founded in 1883 and is located in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

After resuming sake brewing after the war, they quickly began working on ginjo brewing, and in 1960 they released the ginjo sake "Shirasagi," which a few years later won a gold medal at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology Tasting, the most prestigious sake brewing event in Japan at the time. Since the 2009 brewing year, under the direction of Noto Toji Nishihara Mitsushi, they have been pursuing modern sake quality while continuing to use their ingenuity to brew traditional sake.
