A celebratory sake for the New Year, the end of the year, and the beginning of a new one. The 39% polished sake is a special version that plays on the English word for gratitude (sankyuu). It is a very auspicious sake.
It has a gorgeous aroma and sweetness reminiscent of apples, an elegant texture and a soft mouthfeel.

Producer/Brewery ( Gunma Prefecture / Ryujin Sake Brewery (Oze Snowmelt) )

This brewery was founded in the Edo period and is located in Tatebayashi City, Gunma Prefecture. Their signature brand is "Oze no Yukidoke." The company name comes from the fact that the brewery was built on top of "Ryujin no Ido," a famous spring water produced by the melting snow of Oze. Using the ultra-soft water that springs from this well, they brew sake that is primarily rich and flavorful, bringing out the natural umami of the rice to the fullest.
