醸造特性は優れているものの栽培が難しく、幻の酒米と呼ばれた岡山県産「雄町」100%を、60%精米し醸した特別純米で、槽（ふね）を使用し、優しくゆっくりと時間をかけて搾り、繊細で香りのよい酒質になる「槽しぼり」で上槽した、無濾過生原酒です。通称「小藤隆」。

Founded in 1897, this brewery is located in Yamakita Town, Kanagawa Prefecture. Their flagship brands are "Ryu," which celebrates the unique characteristics of each high-quality sake rice, and "Tanzawasan," whose mature flavor is enhanced when aged in a tank. Based on a cooperative relationship with local farmers, they aim to create sake that brings out the flavor of both food and sake.
