Founded in 1897, this brewery is located in Yamakita Town, Kanagawa Prefecture. Their flagship brands are "Ryu," which celebrates the unique characteristics of each high-quality sake rice, and "Tanzawasan," whose mature flavor is enhanced when aged in a tank. Based on a cooperative relationship with local farmers, they aim to create sake that brings out the flavor of both food and sake.
