「神亀 GAMERA 純米酒」は、2024年にNetflixで世界配信され、その後NHKでも放送された「GAMERA -Rebirth-」を記念して発売された、「亀」つながりの日本酒。
今回のこの商品は、大怪獣「ガメラ」が2025/11に生誕60年を迎えたことを記念し再発売された特別誂えの熟成純米酒です。
徳島県産「阿波山田錦」を精米歩合50％で醸し8年熟成させた後、14年熟成の純米吟醸・秘蔵酒をブレンドしています。特にお燗で熟成ならではの旨味が広がり、おすすめです。

Producer/Brewery ( Saitama Prefecture / Shinkame Brewery (Shinkame, Hikoma) )

This brewery was founded in 1848 and is located in Hasuda City, Saitama Prefecture. In 1987, while the local sake boom was still a local trend, they converted all of their brewing to junmai sake, and are famous for becoming the first brewery to produce only junmai sake since the war. This move further solidified the subsequent trend in the sake industry to emphasize quality.

Their flagship brand, "Kamigame," is named after the "messenger turtle of God" that is said to have lived in the "Tenjin Pond" behind the brewery. "Hikomagoto" means great-grandson, and is given to sake that has been aged for more than three years.
