野崎杜氏の55歳誕生日にちなんで造られた焼酎で、そのため商品名である「GOGO SYOTYU」には、その年齢である「55」、そして周りに流されず強く勇ましくありたい「「豪剛」（ごうごう）の意味が込められています。
造りは、麹米にはタイ米を使用し黒麹で仕込み、原料芋に黄金千貫を使用し鹿児島2号酵母により醸し、常圧で蒸留。無濾過で瓶詰めしています。
流行を追わず、伝統的で王道の、芋の香りやコク・甘みがしっかりと主張する味わい。ロック、お湯割りが特におすすめです。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture / Tazaki Sake Brewery (Onibi and Tanabata) )

Founded in 1888, this shochu brewery is located in Ichikikushikino City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is the manufacturer of "Onibi" and "Tanabata" shochu. They have focused on the aging of raw liquor through long-term storage from an early stage, and have been working on producing authentic aged shochu with a rich and deep flavor. They are challenging themselves with various shochu, such as "Mitra," which faithfully expresses the flavor of roasted sweet potato.
