西郷隆盛公の愛犬名にちなむ「ツン」は、黒麹を使用、常圧蒸留で造られた、無濾過・濁り系の芋焼酎。通常のツンは12月に蒸溜した原酒を数か月熟成し出荷されますが、この「出来立て」バージョンは、蒸留した原酒を熟成させず、1週間以内に瓶詰めし発売されます。

出来立てならではのフレッシュかつ濃厚な香り、荒々しい味わいを楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture / Tazaki Sake Brewery (Onibi and Tanabata) )

Founded in 1888, this shochu brewery is located in Ichikikushikino City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is the manufacturer of "Onibi" and "Tanabata" shochu. They have focused on the aging of raw liquor through long-term storage from an early stage, and have been working on producing authentic aged shochu with a rich and deep flavor. They are challenging themselves with various shochu, such as "Mitra," which faithfully expresses the flavor of roasted sweet potato.
