蔵元の蒸留器をモチーフとしたこの「スターシップ35」は、白麹で仕込み常圧で蒸留した芋焼酎、35度仕様です。ハナタレ成分（もろみを蒸留した際に最初に垂れてくる部分（初留）で、全体の1〜3%ほどしか採れない希少部分）を多く含み、アルコール度35度によるボディ感を華やかな香りが包み込む味わいです。特にソーダ割でこの酒質の真価を発揮します。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture / Tazaki Sake Brewery (Onibi and Tanabata) )

Founded in 1888, this shochu brewery is located in Ichikikushikino City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is the manufacturer of "Onibi" and "Tanabata" shochu. They have focused on the aging of raw liquor through long-term storage from an early stage, and have been working on producing authentic aged shochu with a rich and deep flavor. They are challenging themselves with various shochu, such as "Mitra," which faithfully expresses the flavor of roasted sweet potato.
