2025年_5年ぶりに限定発売。今回は「ガツンとした旬の味わいの芋焼酎」を目指した試験仕込みの芋焼酎です。通常の「ツン」と異なり、黄麹を使用し常圧で蒸留の後、即、無濾過で瓶詰めした完全無濾過の仕様。特有の華やかな香り、深みのある味わい。出来立てはもとより、時間の経過とともに変化する味わいも楽しめます。ロック、お湯割りが特におすすめです。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagoshima Prefecture / Tazaki Sake Brewery (Onibi and Tanabata) )

Founded in 1888, this shochu brewery is located in Ichikikushikino City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is the manufacturer of "Onibi" and "Tanabata" shochu. They have focused on the aging of raw liquor through long-term storage from an early stage, and have been working on producing authentic aged shochu with a rich and deep flavor. They are challenging themselves with various shochu, such as "Mitra," which faithfully expresses the flavor of roasted sweet potato.
