This brewery, located in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, was founded in 1845. Using high-quality sake rice such as "Kuranohana" grown in Miyagi Prefecture, underground water from the Kitakami River, and Miyagi yeast, they aim to produce sake that is "clean," "soft," and "elegant."
