ほのかな含み香、「凱陣」らしい米の旨みがしっかりと感じられつつ、きれいに切れていく、骨太で辛口タイプの味わい。食中酒として、幅広い温度帯で楽しめますが、燗にすると味わいが広がり、異なる個性も感じられます。

Producer/Brewery ( Kagawa Prefecture / Maruo Honten (Yorokobi Gaijin) )

Located in Kotohira-cho, Kagawa Prefecture, this brewery was founded in 1885. It is also famous for being the place where Takasugi Shinsaku and Katsura Kogoro are said to have hid during the end of the Edo period.
