岡山県赤磐地区産「雄町」を60%精米し醸した純米吟醸の、無濾過生酒。通称「クリアボトル」。同様の「ブルーボトル」（「山田錦」使用）とは米違いで同様の仕込み。雄町ならではのやわらかでふくらみのある旨味と濃醇さがバランスした奥深い味わいを楽しめます。

Located in Kotohira-cho, Kagawa Prefecture, this brewery was founded in 1885. It is also famous for being the place where Takasugi Shinsaku and Katsura Kogoro are said to have hid during the end of the Edo period.
