Producer/Brewery ( Mie Prefecture / Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten (Produced by Zaku) )

Founded in 1869, this brewery is located in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture. They use smaller-than-usual tanks that allow them to pay careful attention to the brewing process, and they limit production to carefully control the delicate activity of the bacteria and fermentation. Under the leadership of Master Brewer Uchiyama, they are working hard towards their vision of making sake a common sight all over the world.
