この「松露 新 2025 白麹」は、2025年蒸留のフレッシュな風味が楽しい新焼酎。
完熟したサツマイモ「みちしずく」と白麹、蔵付き酵母を使用。白麹由来の穏やかな香り、やわらかな口当たりと上品な甘み、澄んだ味わいの中に力強さを感じる味わいです仕上がり。今年からラベルデザインも一新。
食中酒としても飲み疲れせず、水割りやお湯割り、ロックなど幅広く楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Miyazaki Prefecture/Shoro Sake Brewery )

Founded in 1928, Shochu Brewery is located in Kushima City, the southernmost tip of Miyazaki Prefecture. Based on the concept of "something you can drink anytime," they avoid expressing strong aromas and other distinctive characteristics in the quality of their sake, and instead place importance on creating a gentle, mellow flavor that you won't tire of. Furthermore, Shochu Brewery ages almost all of the brands they sell for over three years.

Recently, while maintaining traditional brewing methods, they have been experimenting with various ingredients, such as potato varieties and koji.
