Matsuro will be releasing a limited edition new shochu from 2024. It is the only brand from Matsuro Brewery that is not aged in storage, but is bottled immediately after distillation, allowing you to experience the freshness of that year's shochu.
You can enjoy the fresh flavor of the ingredients and the sulfurous aroma that can only be experienced immediately after distillation, and the changes that occur each year depending on the variety and quality of the sweet potato. We especially recommend drinking it on the rocks to directly experience this flavor.

Producer/Brewery ( Miyazaki Prefecture/Shoro Sake Brewery )

Founded in 1928, Shochu Brewery is located in Kushima City, the southernmost tip of Miyazaki Prefecture. Based on the concept of "something you can drink anytime," they avoid expressing strong aromas and other distinctive characteristics in the quality of their sake, and instead place importance on creating a gentle, mellow flavor that you won't tire of. Furthermore, Shochu Brewery ages almost all of the brands they sell for over three years.

Recently, while maintaining traditional brewing methods, they have been experimenting with various ingredients, such as potato varieties and koji.
