Founded in 1928, Shochu Brewery is located in Kushima City, the southernmost tip of Miyazaki Prefecture. Based on the concept of "something you can drink anytime," they avoid expressing strong aromas and other distinctive characteristics in the quality of their sake, and instead place importance on creating a gentle, mellow flavor that you won't tire of. Furthermore, Shochu Brewery ages almost all of the brands they sell for over three years.

Recently, while maintaining traditional brewing methods, they have been experimenting with various ingredients, such as potato varieties and koji.
