This Junmai sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture's Special A district, polished to 60% and aged. It is aged at room temperature for over three years in the brewery. It has a rich rice flavor and richness, well-balanced with acidity. It has a satisfying taste. Its color has turned pale golden due to aging.
We recommend drinking it at room temperature or warm.
