This sake (pasteurized once) is made using 100% of the highest quality Yamadanishiki rice grown and harvested in 2024 by Tajiri Farm, the only farm in the Tojo area of Hyogo Prefecture that currently cultivates Yamadanishiki rice without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, with support from employees of Yamachu Honke Sake Brewery.
