This ginjo sake is made from "Reiwa Homare Fuji" rice produced in Shizuoka Prefecture, polished to 55% koji rice and 60% rice, and with brewing alcohol added.
It has the mild aroma and soft rice sweetness that is unique to Shizuoka-style alcohol-added sake, yet is light and easy to drink.It is a classic sake that you will never tire of drinking and can be enjoyed slowly with food.
